We stand behind the legendary tone of our amplifiers and accessories with a commitment to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your Vox equipment, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for the specific item.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the unit in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, power cables, and footswitches, to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
